eVoost AI secures seed funding from Qora71

Abu Dhabi-founded proptech startup eVoost AI has closed its seed funding round with backing from Qora71, marking the syndicate’s inaugural lead investment. Founded in 2024 by Cristian Pastrana, eVoost AI leverages emotional profiling and behavioral segmentation to power AI-driven virtual agents, delivering personalized property recommendations and real-time analytics to real estate buyers.

The fresh capital will accelerate eVoost’s global expansion of its AI-native real estate sales infrastructure, aiming to transform how properties are marketed and sold worldwide.

While Qora71 did not disclose the funding amount, the syndicate plans to leverage its network of 114 angel investors to support eVoost in securing additional projects. Qora71 founder Youssef Salem stated that eVoost’s impressive seed-stage performance drove the investment, including its GMV, exclusive-contract business model, and the strong track record of its founding team.

To date, eVoost has secured USD 1.9 billion in GMV, is in late-stage talks for an additional USD 1.5 billion, and has activated 197 units across five projects. The startup’s current rollout includes a partnership with a leading Emirati developer to manage digital sales funnels across the US, Europe, and Latin America.

Qora71 continues to build its portfolio in proptech, having recently led the pre-seed round for Roomz, and previously invested in Partment and Hotdesk, with more proptech deals forthcoming, Salem added.
