Founded in 2020 by Ram Merei, Malak Duraidi, and Obada Abdelkareem, Olivery has evolved from a lean startup into a regional logistics technology leader, now serving over 200 active clients in nine countries. Its cloud-based, low-code/no-code platform offers logistics providers and merchants a fully digitised delivery solution, streamlining every stage of the delivery lifecycle—from order creation and driver tracking to automated routing, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, and customer notifications.
Designed for non-technical teams, the platform enables users to configure workflows with ease, reduce operational costs, and enhance delivery speed and customer satisfaction. The investment will support Olivery’s product roadmap, including the rollout of AI-powered features such as predictive routing, automated data entry, and proactive customer support, while also strengthening onboarding and customer success operations.
