Saudi-based WakeCap, a leading sensor-powered project intelligence and controls platform, has announced its acquisition of Trackfy, a Brazilian workforce safety and operations solution for industrial environments. The move marks a strategic expansion into Latin America and reinforces WakeCap’s commitment to delivering end-to-end solutions across the construction and industrial lifecycle.
Trackfy’s integration enables WakeCap to extend its services beyond the build phase, supporting operations and maintenance with a unified platform. Brazil will serve as WakeCap’s LATAM headquarters, enhancing its global footprint and aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals for safer, smarter, and more sustainable infrastructure.
“Trackfy brings regional expertise and complementary capabilities that align with our mission to prioritize worker safety and jobsite clarity,” said Dr. Hassan Albalawi, Co-Founder and CEO of WakeCap. “This acquisition accelerates our growth, enabling richer insights, faster reporting, and greater operational efficiency.”
Tulio Cerviño, CEO of Trackfy, added, “Joining WakeCap allows us to scale our technology and serve clients across the full lifecycle of industrial projects. Together, we aim to set the global standard for smart operations and industrial intelligence.”
WakeCap’s technology has already tracked over 150 million labor hours across US$120 billion in active projects, including Aramco, NEOM, Qiddiya, and King Salman Park. By combining AI, IoT, and real-time data, WakeCap transforms construction sites into safer, more efficient environments, driving performance and reducing insurance costs.
The acquisition underscores WakeCap’s role at the intersection of innovation and industrial transformation, offering a connected solution that spans from construction to daily operations. As infrastructure investment surges globally, WakeCap is poised to deliver long-term value through strategic expansion and integrated resilience.
