AlGooru, the online tutoring platform, has announced the acquisition of ChillLearn to expand its operations across the region. AlGooru, founded by Khalid Abou Kassem in 2019, has announced the acquisition of ChillLearn, the Jeddah-based tutoring platform founded by Muhanad AlJaser in 2020.

Speaking about ChillLearn’s approval to be acquired by AlGooru, Muhanad AlJaser, founder of ChillLearn, explains that AlGooru and ChillLearn have a common mission. Their combined enthusiasm and synergy can yield previously inconceivable solutions to the online student-tutor platforms.

As a result of this acquisition, ChillLearn’s team members, a network of tutors, and founder have become part of AlGooru.
