Dubai Science Park will showcase a range of science-backed companies and startups that leverage new technologies in healthcare and medicine will be showcased at Arab Health 2021 to demonstrate Dubai’s growth as a globally competitive and attractive destination that is on the track to become a global hub for medical companies and talent life sciences professionals.
The Startup Healthcare Ecosystem in the UAE panel will hear from Saeed Alnofeli, Director of startup incubator in5, Dr Osama AbouElkhir, CEO of TachyHealth and Reza Kazemipour, Managing Director of venture capital firm Black Lab Dubai. It will take place on 24 June and runs from 13:00-14:30.
The presence of Dubai Science Park at the event will also underscore how the city is leading the UAE’s transformation into a next-generation pharmaceutical producer in line with the Operation 300bn industrial strategy, supporting growth in medical tourism and digital transformation in the healthcare space.
The business district, home to more than 400 companies and 4,000 professionals working for multinational corporations and SMEs in the sciences, energy and environmental sectors, has confirmed its participation in the region’s largest exhibition for the healthcare industry. It will be the first time that Dubai Science Park has a major presence at the four-day event.
Dubai Science Park will also explore how the business district – home to global pharmaceutical giants such as Pfizer and Bayer – supports entrepreneurs and startups.

Dubai Science Park’s booth can be found at Stand A55, Hall 6 at the Dubai World Trade Centre during Arab Health 2021, which runs from 21-24 June.
