The Emirates Entrepreneurship Association (EEA) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cultureyes Market, with event support from Arcet Global, during the Entrepreneurship Forum held in Abu Dhabi. The partnership aims to strengthen support for entrepreneurs and enhance their access to both local and international markets.
The agreement outlines a collaborative framework to design and execute a series of entrepreneur-focused community events scheduled between September and November 2025. Additionally, the partnership will establish a comprehensive awards program to recognize outstanding entrepreneurial projects and achievements among EEA members.
Entrepreneurs will also benefit from new platforms to showcase their products and services to diverse audiences, alongside access to integrated services such as strategic consultancy, content management, and marketing support.
The MoU was signed by Jassim Al Shukr, Secretary-General and Board Member of EEA, and Mohamed Al Hajeri, Chairman of Cultureyes Market Events Organization, in the presence of prominent entrepreneurs and stakeholders from the UAE’s cultural and creative sectors.
“This partnership marks a qualitative leap in our support for entrepreneurs,” said Jassim Al Shukr. “It offers a stimulating environment to help them connect with markets and scale their ventures.”
Mohamed Al Hajeri added, “We aim to empower local talent and drive sustainable growth in the cultural and creative economy.”
Mark Hamill, speaking on behalf of Arcet Global, remarked, “We’re proud to support an initiative that delivers tangible impact to the UAE’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.”
This MoU underscores the UAE’s commitment to nurturing innovation, creativity, and economic diversification through strategic public-private collaborations.
