Flat6Labs, the leading seed and early-stage venture capital firm in the MENA region, has announced a new strategic partnership with TAMWILCOM to strengthen Morocco’s entrepreneurial landscape by supporting innovative startups through funding, mentorship, and acceleration programs.
As part of the partnership, Flat6Labs and TAMWILCOM are launching a new acceleration program dedicated to innovative Moroccan startups. The program will focus on high-potential sectors, including AgriTech, FinTech, Industry 4.0, CleanTech, Healthcare, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence. By targeting these key industries, the initiative seeks to foster the growth of startups capable of driving economic diversification and technological advancement in Morocco.
This collaboration builds on TAMWILCOM’s earlier efforts to boost the local innovation ecosystem, particularly following its December 2023 agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to develop acceleration support for Moroccan startups. Through this new venture with Flat6Labs, TAMWILCOM is taking a major step toward fulfilling its mission of fostering entrepreneurship and sustainable development across the country.
Flat6Labs brings to the partnership its extensive experience in nurturing startups across the MENA region, having supported over 400 companies and facilitated access to a wide investor network. By combining resources and expertise, the two organizations aim to equip Moroccan entrepreneurs with the funding, training, and global connections they need to scale their businesses successfully.
