Justyol raises $1M to boost cross-border e-commerce

Justyol, a pioneering cross-border e-commerce platform revolutionising digital commerce in North Africa, has successfully closed a $1 million strategic funding and financing package.

The deal includes a $400,000 equity investment from a prominent angel investor, underscoring strong confidence in Justyol’s market position and growth potential. Complementing this, Danis Group, a major Turkish investment firm, is providing $600,000 in inventory financing to help scale product offerings and meet rising regional demand. Facilitated by Nomadic Minds, the partnership bridges Turkish financial expertise with North African market opportunities.

Co-Founder and CEO Ahmed Badran emphasised that this milestone reflects the broader ecosystem’s recognition of Justyol’s unique role in shaping the future of cross-border commerce, offering customers unprecedented access to global products at competitive prices.

The company also acknowledged Earn Rocket Holding for its continued support. The funds will be strategically deployed to expand operational capacity, enhance sales capabilities, and deepen market penetration in Morocco, while laying the groundwork for entry into new markets across North Africa and the broader MENA region.

Justyol’s international team, with Turkish expertise in e-commerce and Moroccan insights into local consumer behaviour, has been instrumental in driving growth. Over the past year, the company has achieved notable traction, with over 250,000 active customers, more than 30,000 monthly orders, and 300% year-over-year growth. Strategic partnerships with global platforms like AliExpress and Trendyol, along with a robust logistics network and seamless payment integrations, have further solidified its position.

Building on this momentum, Justyol is preparing for a Series A round to accelerate its expansion and strengthen its leadership in the region. Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer Ahmed Rashed highlighted the operational boost this funding provides, while Co-Founder and Head of Logistics Anas Ahmed noted plans to enhance delivery speed and reliability across Morocco and beyond.
