Monstarlab to invest $10 million in the MENA region

Monstarlab has announced it will invest ten million US dollars in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region over the next five years. The investment comes as part of a continued commitment to the regional market with a focus on developing advanced capabilities and job opportunities for technology talent. Monstarlab will deliver enhanced training, hiring and coaching of people in the region as the company aims to support the advancement of regional skills and business opportunities.

Backed by a 30 million US dollar fund from the Japanese government, Monstarlab will invest at least a third of this amount on regional initiatives including strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions in key markets including the UAE and KSA. Through its focus on attracting the world’s best strategists, engineers, and designers, Monstarlab will drive economic diversification and job opportunities through the delivery of transformation initiatives requiring custom development and advanced technologies.

Hiroki Inagawa, Monstarlab Global CEO commented: “Our goal is to empower talent through the use of pioneering technology, innovation and engineering. The MENA region is one of the leading global markets for digital transformation and Monstarlab is uniquely positioned to help transform companies, societies and communities through the creation of immersive experiences and customer-centered design. Developing regional talent will be a key focus of ours, as we work towards supporting localisation and nationalisation of skills and capabilities. We are proud to announce this investment and commitment to the region and look forward to developing long-term partnerships.”

Monstarlab will utilise its global expertise and cutting-edge technologies to create greater benefits for businesses, communities, people, and talent within a number of sectors including government, banking & financial services and tourism.

Monstarlab recently completed an extensive rebranding effort in response to rapid company growth and a renewal of its positioning. The relaunch of Monstarlab’s corporate identity includes a change of name for multiple agencies and consultancies acquired over the last five years, in addition to a refreshed visual identity.
