In a partnership with Alef Group’s pioneering urban project, Al Mamsha, Sheraa is providing selected F&B startups and SMBs with an exceptional opportunity to expand their businesses. The two organisations are calling on all eligible F&B startups and SMBs to apply and take advantage of this opportunity.
The selected startups will secure a slot at Al Mamsha’s Food & Beverage space, affording them a prime location and access to contemporary facilities and resources. With this announcement, Sheraa highlights its unwavering commitment to supporting entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.

Alef Group is also providing successful applicants with assistance for their “fit out” process, enabling selected startups to launch or expand their businesses with less overheads. During the first year, only common and marketing charges will be the startups’ responsibility, with no rental fee required.
The judging criteria will include an evaluation of the concept’s creativity and sustainability as a business. Additionally, the business must demonstrate traction or proven success, and the concept must be applicable and feasible to implement with the allocated resources. The team’s experience and skill set will also be evaluated, and the founder’s experience in running an F&B business will be taken into account.
