Bebuzzd 3.0 Launched to Help SMEs Enhance Customer Experience

Bebuzzd, a loyalty program provider based in Dubai, has announced the release of the latest version of Bebuzzd, a multi-store digital loyalty program, which is available for download on app stores. The mobile application will provide local SMEs the advantage of further enhancing their customer experiences and reinforcing consumer-business ties.

The updated loyalty app, which allows consumers to earn points and redeem rewards from their favourite outlets, now presents itself with new and improved features such as easier navigation, faster searching, and a better design. The release of the newest version is expected to draw in more users as hundreds of outlets have now joined the Bebuzzd bandwagon. Furthermore, everything customers have wanted to know about their favourite businesses can be found in the Bebuzzd app.

“Recent industry reports have indicated that retailers and other businesses have demonstrated continued confidence in a brighter 2017, expecting to drive in key growth and revenue. In line with this, Bebuzzd has now shifted into a more material design model, driven by the objective of enhancing customers’ experience with value additions that will ensure customer loyalty at high levels. The new 3.0 version has been made more user friendly based on feedback received,” said the company in a statement.

According to the company, one new element added to the app is the ability to remotely join offered loyalty programs and adding it to a set preferred list, which allows users to get easily notified on special offers from their favourite outlets. Another innovative feature is the ‘Try me offer’ section–designed to attract new customers via the invite to experience participating outlets. In addition, the categorization of merchants has also been included to allow for easy searching by users.

According to Bebuzzd senior executives, participating outlets have now been sorted distance wise so that customers can see nearby businesses, offering loyalty programs and try-me-offers. Users will find it very easy to navigate through the new app and be a part of their regularly visited or favourite outlets. Brands will also benefit as the customer can now join their loyalty program even without visiting the outlet.

With key milestones and behaviour change thresholds defined, the Bebuzzd loyalty program can offer specific rewards to customers to motivate long-term loyalty and deepen engagement. Brands and marketers can also use their data to quantitatively determine which customers are the best ones by looking at recent activities, frequency and spend metrics and targeting accordingly.  The new app is now available for download for both IOS and Android platforms.
