Bawadi Mall, the largest mall in Al Ain, in collaboration with the Young Entrepreneur’s Program (YEP!), concluded a successful and inspiring event to celebrate the graduation of the inaugural batch of kids aged 7 to 14 and the launch of the second season. Held at the Main Atrium of Bawadi Mall, the event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new YEP! Creations Hub, a dedicated space within the mall that fosters creativity and entrepreneurship among children.
According to Bassam Saleh, Marketing Director, the program aims to inspire and empower the next generation of business leaders by providing kids with essential skills such as business planning, marketing strategies, and financial literacy. “Over the past two months, the program has equipped participating children with hands-on experience and mentorship from industry professionals, guiding them from idea conception to business development,” he added.
Bawadi Mall warmly welcomed parents and families who attended the event to celebrate their children’s achievements. Many parents expressed their appreciation for the program’s role in providing their kids with real-world skills and practical experience in a supportive environment. They highlighted how YEP! has instilled independence, responsibility, and financial literacy in their children, effectively preparing them for future challenges.
The YEP! Creations Hub, a unit within Bawadi Mall, has become a vibrant center for all program activities. Kids have engaged in hands-on learning through workshops, business showcases, and a business competition. The hub provided a platform for these young entrepreneurs to present their innovative ideas to a panel of judges composed of local business leaders and sponsors, offering them valuable exposure and support.
