The Dubai office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Natalie Boyd as a partner in its finance practice. She joins the firm from Simmons & Simmons LLP.
Boyd advises on a variety of structured credit and debt capital markets products, as well as bank lending, regulatory, derivatives, and Islamic finance matters. Her clients include major U.S. and international banks and investment funds, fund managers and trustees, manufacturers, and stock exchanges.
Neal Brendel, one of the founding partners of K&L Gates’ Dubai office, commented, “We are delighted to have a finance and regulatory partner of Natalie’s caliber join our Dubai team as we continue to expand the legal services we offer our sophisticated regional and international clients.”
“I am pleased to have been welcomed into the partnership at K&L Gates and look forward to collaborating with my colleagues across the firm’s network to expand the financial services practice in the Middle East,” said Boyd. “I am confident that the dynamic and collaborative culture of the firm will offer an excellent platform for providing high quality and seamless advice to existing and new clients.”
