The First Ferry Unveils BPG Group’s New Dubai Office

Luxury interior design group The First Ferry has completed its latest project – an ultra modern 16,000 square-foot corporate office in the Port Saeed business district overlooking the historic Dubai Creek. Firmly established as an interior design firm that consistently pushes the boundaries of what is possible in terms of design, functionality, quality and delivery, the First Ferry was commissioned by the BPG Group to create a distinct new interior workspace that would reflect the company’s market leadership, and foster a culture of collaboration and creativity.

“We are extremely happy with our new office. The First Ferry has done a brilliant job in designing interiors that reflect our accomplishments as a team and in creating a new workspace that inspires, motivates, and enhances the way we work,” said Avi Bhojani, CEO, BPG Group. “We wanted our new interiors to mirror the philosophies of keeping to the basics, dynamism and playfulness in subliminal ways inside the office.”

Located on the fourth floor of the MAF tower, the BPG office takes full advantage of the spectacular views of the Dubai Creek and the city’s glistening skyline. The open-plan studio space is designed to maximize daylight and to support the multidisciplinary manner in which the BPG Group operates. The workstations allow for flexible arrangements depending upon project requirements and future workplace trends.

A range of meeting spaces, from glass-fronted conference rooms to small breakout areas, allow for both formal gatherings and impromptu discussions. These varying spatial arrangements, coupled with a state-of-the-art presentation, AV and IT infrastructure, enable the staff to work at ease with local and global clients.

“The physical workplace is a very important component in reflecting a sense of history and in cultivating a creative culture and this is even more so in the case of the BPG Group that has such a special place in the history of this city we call home,” Prateek Chaudhary, Skipper and Founder of the First Ferry. “We are truly honored to be part of the BPG story and hope our efforts, skills, and commitment towards this project reflects in the future growth and prosperity of the company and its employees.”

The First Ferry has previously completed several iconic projects including the UAE Embassy in Singapore, various luxury residences in Dubai’s super-prime property market including addresses at the Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, and Emirates Hills, and is currently in the process of expanding to China and Kenya.
