Fitness First, one of the world’s largest health and fitness club chain and a franchise owned and operated under license by the Landmark Group in the MENA region, is set to inaugurate its third club in Abu Dhabi. The new facility will take the count of Fitness First clubs across the UAE to 24.
Located at the Abu Dhabi Mall at retail level three, above Paris Gallery, the new 2,350 sq. metre club will be fitted out with group exercise studios, stretch zones and dedicated free weights and cardio areas. The club will also feature the popular members’ lounge offering complimentary beverages and high speed wireless internet.
The innovative new freestyle areas will be a unique addition to the club featuring TRX, Vipr, Kettlebells, Power Plates and Swiss balls Purmotion, the latest innovation brought to Fitness First Middle East, will be an interesting new offering at the Abu Dhabi Mall club.
The largest Fitness First club in Abu Dhabi will feature a dedicated ladies-only gym, in addition to a mixed facility. Free group exercises with internationally certified instructors such as BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyBalance, BodyAttack, BodyStep, BodyJam and the ever popular Zumba classes are among the workouts available at the club.
Furthermore, optional personal training sessions with internationally qualified trainers will help members achieve their fitness goals. The Fitness First state-of-the-art lockers with key-less access will ensure the security of customer belongings and avoid misplaced keys.
